Website Request Types (Explained)

Below is a quick guide to help you choose the correct request type when submitting your update.

📄 Post News Article

Choose this option if you want our team to upload a blog post, news announcement, press release, or website update.

Common examples:

Additional blog post
Company announcements
Press releases
Featured news article
New staff introductions

You'll be able to upload the content file, featured image, or include links to Google Docs.

🖼 Add to Gallery

Select this when you want to add new images to:

Before & after galleries

You can upload the images directly in the form. Please title the images so our team can understand how to relate the images.

🛒 Update Products

Choose this if you need changes made to existing products, such as:

Updating prices
Changing descriptions
Updating images
Adjusting availability or variants

➕ Add New Products

Select this to add brand-new products to your store.

Please include:

Product name
Description
Price
Images
Any variations (sizes, colors, etc.)

The more details provided, the faster we can complete the update. Please note that most new products will be an additional fee. Our web team will reach out to you for approval if any additional fees are required.

🆕 Add New Page

Use this if you want to add an entirely new page to your website.

Examples:

New treatment page
Landing page
Location page
Team/About sub page

Please upload any content or outline you'd like included or select the option about needing content writing from our team.

✏️ Edit Existing Page

Choose this for updates to an existing page, such as:

Text changes
Image replacements
Layout adjustments
Adding or removing sections

You will be asked whether the request is related to a specific URL.

🗑 Remove a Page

Select this if you want a page permanently removed or redirected.

You may also specify:

Whether the page should be unpublished or fully deleted
If you want a redirect created

🏷 Specials Update

Use this when updating:

Promotions
Monthly specials
Event announcements
Limited-time offers

If you have multiple promos, you can include them in the details or upload a file.

Choose this for adding a new popup or updating an existing one.

Examples:

Special offer popups
Exit intent messages
Holiday announcements

Please provide the message, timing, and any images if relevant.
